Margaret has an Open University degree in Psychology holds the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development by examination and is accredited by the British Psychological Society to run Psychometric Assessment. She has herself has been made redundant and faced the very problems confronted by our clients, which has been a most useful personal experience.
Suzan covers all aspects of client services management for Margaret Martin Associates including organisation of workshops, liaison with our team of consultants and contact with sponsor companies. Suzan had a successful career in BT before joining MMA.
Graham specialises in Project Management; Career Counselling and designing tailor made development courses to meet corporate sponsors training needs. He has worked successfully in a consultancy capacity with a wide variety of commercial, public sector and voluntary organizations. Graham successfully project managed the Career Direction and Career Transition programmes for British Telecommunications plc (BT) as well as undertaking one-to-one career counselling and group training activities. His previous career in National Westminster Bank included personnel, human resources and employee relations.
Jan is a Chartered Business Psychologist and HR professional with over 20 years experience working in industries including transport, construction, the public sector, communications and the oil industry. She has extensive experience of the design and delivery of assessment and development centres, incorporating the results of psychometric testing. Jan has specialised in supporting organisations through change programmes, which has led to the design of competence-based HR systems and the delivery of career planning workshops and one-to-one coaching. In addition, Jan enjoys working with organisations to undertake team building, transition management programmes and leadership development workshops.
Liz is CIPD qualified HR Professional who can offer experience across both public and private sectors.
